Re: Some photos today
It would have been better to take the photos BEFORE I put the soaker hose on, but I didn't have the camera with me at the time :-(

I like them all - if I had to choose one I'd probably go with the yellow because I love a spot of yellow in the garden that's occasional and suddenly there

Re: Some photos today
I have a pure white iris in flower at the moment - don't know its name though
it is looking quite good this year because it has been a very dry month, when it is rainy the snails come out and chew the flowers into shreds each night.

Re: Some photos today
I saw one posted somewhere by Thee. It is Iris albicans, the old farm yard iris, that you often see in bloom at this time of year, along the roadways. I have some growing in my garden so will try and post you a photo tomorrow, for identification of yours. There are very few tall beardeds in bloom at present (here), mostly the smaller ones and the species ones. We are probably around 3 weeks behind much of Victoria, so you may see the talls in bloom in other parts.
Cheers, Jan

I love 'em all, the long and the short and the tall.
