Feeding roses Empty Feeding roses

It's September. September has the letter 'r' in it. I have 2 buckets of sudden impact. Should I be feeding my roses now? I have never been big on feeding them, especially since the bloated piggy doggies ate all the blood and bone I put out one year. Will the dogs eat sudden impact?
Cheers, Jan

Thanks Thee - I would have gone and fed them all, and there are a lot of new ones. Will just do the established ones. Now what about the ones I lifted and shifted? They are growing well now. Should I treat them the same as the bought bare rooted ones, given that they came out of the ground and went straight back in less than an hour later? The roots were trimmed back though.
