The last of the 2008 season. When I first grew these in 2007, I knew little about them, and could find no informative pictures on the Internet, and had no idea what to expect as to growth and size.

There was a 2 page article in this months gardening Australia. I have only glanced at it. will read it while I eat my porridge, and let you know if I pick up any interesting tips. They grow huge don't they? I planted 2 feijoas infront of mine, and had to move them. Now they are threatening my Pacific Coast iris seedlings. I have taken to breaking back the lower leaves. They make good mulch.
