Vegetable Recipes Empty Vegetable Recipes

I have a great cookbook called " The Culinary Institute of America Vegetables" - This is apparently one of the texts used by students at the Institute and had some magic veg recipes, using those veg that you grow or see and haven't a clue how to use them! You can actually download it but I bought the book 'cos I like books - makes me look good! I do use this one. I might have to get a couch position this winter!
